CompUSA Purchases SMART to Handle Their Reverse Logistics Facility

Grapevine, TX – March 1, 2007 – CompUSA is installing the latest version of QCR's SMART  Quality Execution System that mistake-proofs business processes at their reverse logistics facility. CompUSA is automating their reverse logistics facility where all returned products are shipped. The SMART system is being used to automatically make decisions to desposition material upon entering the facility and assure all activities are accomplished related to that course of action whether testing, rework, liquidation, RMA, warranty or auction.
