- Organizational deadwood will be immediately recognizable!
- Seat of the pants flying will be a thing of the past!
- No one will be able to cheat!
- Traditional justification dollars (rework, scrap, inefficiency) for additional systems will not be available!
It all comes down to “operational perfection”. Your organizational culture probably isn’t ready for it. Only a few exceptional organizations would attempt it.
Those organizations will be able to conquer the universe!
